We use a variety of data sources to identify gateway cities that have:

Human inspections
Our human inspections capture over 200 data points per asset.
For pre-selected properties, our local team performs physical or remote inspections using proprietary digital diagnostic tools and 3D imaging. Thus, property data is objectively captured, including light levels, water pressure, proximity to amenities and many more.
This data allows us to be precise in our assessments and rental strategies.
A precise subscription
We identify assets that are mispriced or that offer an opportunity for added value.
Our Automated Valuation Model (AVM) leverages artificial intelligence (AI) on millions of data points across 30 data sources. It offers unique precision compared to the pricing engines in place and allows us to manage more than 400 variables and 9,000 decisions.
Thanks to this model, we can evaluate the assets in minutes and make an offer within 48 hours,in order to guarantee the most attractive assets for your fund or your structure.
Selection of good quality residents
We renovate to high quality standards,to attract residents with good credit ratings.
We acquire 'vacant on takeover' properties, allowing us to quickly renovate and rehabilitate them to provide high quality living spaces for 'generational rent'.
It is a way to quickly generate high rental income, and therefore to generate income in the shortest possible time.
